Adult tickets are $38. Children ages 2–11 are $29. Children under one year old are free but still require a ticket. We also offer private charter tours starting at $390.

No, boarding is easy for most guests. You’ll take five steps up a boarding ladder, similar to climbing out of a swimming pool. Large handrails are provided for additional support.

Unfortunately, No. Tours operate on a strict schedule and must depart on time. Please arrive early and allow extra time for traffic and parking.

Tours last approximately 50 minutes. In some cases, tours may run a few minutes longer due to traffic or special circumstances.

Due to the design of our retrofitted 1970’s fire engines, this tour is not wheelchair accessible. Boarding requires climbing approximately five steps, similar to a swimming pool ladder.

Gratuities are not required but are always appreciated by our guides if you feel they provided an exceptional experience.

Since all tickets are sold based on availability and for a specific date and time, they are nonrefundable but can be exchanged for other dates and times if there is availability. If Mother Nature precludes us from offering any less than half of our tour, half the ticket price will be refunded upon request. We operate in light rain and mild inclement weather. The fire engine is partially covered, and disposable ponchos are available when needed. We recommend bringing a rain jacket. You may get a bit wet.

No. Children under the age of one are free in their caretaker’s arms.

Pets are welcome as long as all guests in your group are comfortable with them and the pet can ride safely.
